8-22-2011, Washington, DC: Residential Floors, a family owned hardwood flooring company, has given itself a name change and a complete “home makeover”. The recently expanded business is now called Residential Service Pros to indicate the increased scope of services available to customers in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Consumer demand is the driving force behind the decision to become a full service home improvement firm. According to owner Sam Mardini, “Our residential flooring customers kept asking us if we could do other jobs for them as well. They liked the way we do business and wanted the same reliability, affordability, and high quality for their other home renovation projects. How could we say no?”

Residential Service Pros continues to specialize in the residential hardwood floor installation that built the company’s reputation for fine craftsmanship.
